In February 2023, Polyrocks Hunan Anren Base was officially completed.
In February 2023, Polyrocks Hubei Jiangling Base commenced operations.
In May 2023, Polyrocks acquired Anhui Haider Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., marking its entry into the petrochemical industry.
In September 2023, Polyrocks (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was established.
In November 2023, Polyrocks Chemical Testing Center obtained the National CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate.
In December 2023, Polyrocks Anqing Base completed its 200,000-ton polystyrene project. Construction of Anhui Lavoisier commenced, and the Anqing Branch of Polyrocks Research Institute was inaugurated.
2022

In 2022, Polyrocks expanded into the leasing and circular economy sectors.
In February 2022, Polyrocks completed and commissioned a 40,000-ton annual capacity expansion project for modified plastics.
In November 2022, Polyrocks established Anqing Polyrocks Technology Research Co., Ltd., initiated construction of the Chizhou Advanced Chemical Materials Production Base, and broke ground on the Anqing Petrochemical Production Base. The company was designated as a National-Level Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative (“Little Giant”) Enterprise.
2021

In January 2021, Polyrocks Chemical was listed on the SSE STAR Market (Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board) under stock code: 688669.
In July 2021, Polyrocks established Hunan Polyrocks Technology Co., Ltd.
In October 2021, Polyrocks founded Hubei Polyrocks New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and initiated preparations for constructing its Nigerian production base.
2020

In January 2020, Polyrocks was honored as a "Graphene Application Pioneer Enterprise" by the China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.
In January 2020, Polyrocks was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Corporate Brands" and "Top 10 Innovative & Entrepreneurial Enterprises" in the Qingyuan National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
In August 2020, Polyrocks established its subsidiary, Guangdong Polyrocks Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd.
In November 2020, the national standard for "Plastic Polypropylene Recycled Modified Dedicated Materials" (GB/T 38288-2019), in which Polyrocks participated as a co-drafter, officially came into effect.

In January 2019, Polyrocks was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Innovative Enterprises" in Qingyuan National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
In May 2019, Changzhou Aozhi Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd. (a Polyrocks subsidiary) established the PS Light Diffusion Plate Engineering Technology Research Center.
In October 2019, Polyrocks obtained the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Certification.
In November 2019, Polyrocks founded its subsidiary Guangdong Polyrocks Technology Research Co., Ltd.

In April 2018, Polyrocks acquired Dongguan Dongrong Optical Materials Co., Ltd.
In September 2018, Polyrocks acquired Changzhou Aozhi Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd.
In October 2018, Polyrocks established the Polyrocks Chemical Branch of the National Postdoctoral Research Station.
In November 2018, Polyrocks subsidiary Presafer (Qingyuan) Phosphor Chemical Co., Ltd. was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
In December 2018, Polyrocks inaugurated the Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation.
In December 2018, Polyrocks Chemical (Changsha) Co., Ltd. was designated as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

In October 2017, Polyrocks was recognized as a "Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise".
In November 2017, Polyrocks established its subsidiary Wuhu Polyrocks New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

In December 2015, Polyrocks officially launched its polymer sheet manufacturing project and established the Profile Products Division.

In November 2013, Polyrocks won the Third Prize in the 2nd China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong Division) and the 1st “Pearl River Angel Cup” Science & Technology Innovation Competition.

In May 2012, Polyrocks established its subsidiary Polyrocks Chemicals (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
In July 2012, Polyrocks founded Guangzhou Polyrocks Chemical Co., Ltd.
In August 2012, Polyrocks was selected as one of Guangdong Province's First Batch of High-Growth SMEs for Key Innovation Support.

2011

In April 2011, Polyrocks established its Suzhou office to enhance service accessibility for East China market clients.
In November 2011, Polyrocks was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
In December 2011, Polyrocks was designated as a "Qingyuan Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise".
In December 2011, the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research & Development Center established by Polyrocks passed the official acceptance review.
2010

In April 2010, Polyrocks established its subsidiary Presafer (Qingyuan) Phosphor Chemical Co., Ltd., specializing in the R&D, production and sales of halogen-free flame retardants.
In May 2010, Polyrocks completed Phase I factory construction, with all SPS's original operations, fixed assets and intangible assets transferred to Polyrocks, achieving production capacity expansion.
In August 2010, Polyrocks was certified as a "Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
In November 2010, Polyrocks obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

2009

In January 2009, Polyrocks commenced Phase I plant construction.
In November 2009, Polyrocks' halogen-free eco-friendly flame retardant production line became operational.
2008

In 2008, SPS established the Provincial Engineering Research Center for Flame Retardant Materials and initiated the R&D, production and sales of halogen-free flame-retardant modified plastics.
2007

In March 2007, SPS established a pilot production line for halogen-free eco-friendly flame retardants at the Guangdong Research Institute of Chemical Industry.
In June 2007, in alignment with Guangdong Province's economic development strategy and industrial relocation policy, SPS acquired land in Xiongxing Industrial Park, Qingyuan High-Tech Zone, and incorporated Guangdong Polyrocks Chemical Co., Ltd.
2006

In 2006, SPS was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise and won the top bid for the Guangdong-Hong Kong Key Areas Breakthrough Project.
2005年

In 2005, SPS obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, operating a 6,000+ m² R&D center and production facility with 10 lines and an annual capacity of 20,000 metric tons.
2004

In 2004, SPS achieved sales exceeding 100 million RMB and initiated the development of halogen-free eco-friendly flame retardants.
2002

In 2002, SPS became the first company globally to obtain UL QMT02 certification from the United States, entering the Christmas lighting industry and breaking the monopoly held by international conglomerates.
1999年

In August 1999, Guangzhou Shipanshi Flame Retardant Materials Co., Ltd. (SPS) was established in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, marking the inception of its entrepreneurial journey through dedicated R&D, production, and commercialization of flame-retardant additives and engineered plastics.
