On October 25, 2024, the grand finals and awards ceremony of the 13th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong Division) and 12th "Pearl River Angel Cup" Sci-Tech Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition, hosted by Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, were held in Nansha District, Guangzhou. Chen Pengbo, General Manager of Polyrocks Composites (a subsidiary of Polyrocks Chemical), led the team to deliver an outstanding project pitch, achieving remarkable success.
With the theme "Gather for Innovation, Advance Together Toward New Horizons," this year's competition attracted nearly 2,000 participating enterprises across Guangdong. After rigorous selection, 100 high-quality high-tech enterprises advanced to the finals. Through intense competition, Polyrocks Composites distinguished itself in the Growth Group category, earning the Third Prize.

Post-competition, GM Chen shared profound reflections: "We sincerely appreciate the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology for providing this invaluable platform, allowing growing enterprises like ours to showcase technological achievements to society." He extended gratitude to the judging panel and organizing committee for their dedicated efforts and expert guidance.
With pride, Chen highlighted Polyrocks Composites' journey: "Since our establishment in July 2021 as an incubated company of Polyrocks Chemical, we've embodied our parent company's R&D ethos – 'Enduring a Decade of Quiet Benchwork, Pursuing Science Without Compromise.' To date, we hold 17 patents and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, along with CQC and GRS product certifications. Our niche products rank top-three globally in market share. These accomplishments stem from Polyrocks Chemical's unwavering support. Moving forward, we'll uphold long-termism, intensify innovation, and drive high-quality industry development to contribute to traditional sector transformation in Qingyuan and Guangdong."
