In this human world of March, warmed by spring's radiance, as the 116th International Women's Day approaches, to honor every female colleague at Polyrocks who shines in their position and to convey the company's care and warmth, on March 6th, Polyrocks Chemical held an exclusive Women's Day celebration event at the headquarters' hall under the theme "Celebrating International Women's Day, Honoring the Better Half of Polyrocks."
I. Warm Words Warm Spring-like Women At 11 AM, the event officially began in a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Male colleague Zhong Jianwen was specially invited to serve as the host. Using the warm spring sun and greenery outside the window as an introduction, he blended the beauty of March with the warmth of Women's Day, offering a heartwarming opening for the event.
Yao Xingmei, Chairwoman of the Polyrocks Composite Labor Union, was the first to extend blessings. Following this, Li Yan, Chairwoman of the Polyrocks Chemical Labor Union, delivered a themed presentation titled "Analysis of Outstanding Women's Traits and Growth Paths." She shared that excellence is never about being flawless, but about "not being dependent, not blindly following, and not settling," and about becoming a better version of oneself through continuous improvement. From personal independence to inner strength, from continuous growth to knowing how to love oneself, from having vision and warmth to pursuing excellence – she outlined the characteristics of outstanding women across six dimensions. Using the six paths of self-awareness, independent capability, emotional stability, daily progress, safeguarding health, and broadening one's perspective, she charted a course for growth. She illustrated the power of cumulative effort with the example of "1.01 to the power of 365 equals 37.8, and 1.02 to the power of 365 equals 1377," and offered her wishes to all women: "May you have light in your heart, smiles in your eyes, and strength within; may you live neither humbly nor arrogantly, neither hastily nor idly, becoming the person you want to be."
