December 3, 2024 – The China International Coatings Exhibition (CHINA COAT 2024) grandly opened at Area A of the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Presafer, a subsidiary of Polyrocks Chemical, made a remarkable appearance with its customized halogen-free flame retardant solutions, presenting the most efficient and practical formulations to meet diverse customer needs.
Halogen-Free Breakthroughs, Green Material Advancements
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polyrocks Chemical, Qingyuan Presafer Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of halogen-free flame retardants, establishing itself as a leading domestic manufacturer. Its product portfolio—primarily phosphorus-based, nitrogen-based, and intumescent flame retardants—serves industries including construction, rail transit, home furnishings, and electronics.
Polyrocks Chemical has completed its acquisition of Anhui Longhua Chemical Co., Ltd., a key upstream supplier of phosphorus pentoxide and polyphosphoric acid. Additionally, the new Chizhou Polyrocks Chemical production base is set to commence operations next year, dedicated to advancing global halogen-free, eco-friendly, flame-retardant, and energy-efficient green materials.
Spanning approximately 120,000 square meters with a total investment of 376 million RMB, Chizhou Polyrocks Chemical will focus on two major projects:
Project 1:Annual production of 29,000 tons of novel high-performance phosphorus-based flame retardants
Project 2: Annual production of 21,000 tons of nitrogen-based flame retardants
