I. Flame Retardant Polypropylene (PP):
Halogen-free flame retardant PP: Widely used in appliance housings, rail transportation, extrusion thermoforming and other fields. Can achieve UL94-5VA, 5VB, V0, V2 and other flame retardant ratings. Features low density, low smoke emission and high flame retardant efficiency.
Antibacterial flame retardant PP: Mainly used in sanitaryware industry (smart toilet covers). Achieves UL94-V0 rating with UV resistance up to f1 level. Features high gloss, excellent antibacterial properties and good weather resistance.
II. Halogen-free Cable Materials:
Low-smoke halogen-free/B1 grade cable materials: Widely used for insulation and sheathing of power cables with voltage ratings up to 35kV. Material performance complies with JB/T 10707, GB/T 32129-2015 and other standards. Exhibits slow flame spread, low heat release and minimal smoke generation during combustion.
UV/radiation cross-linked cable materials: Features fast and stable online UV cross-linking. Material performance meets JB/T 10491-2004, JB/T 10437-2004 and other requirements. Radiation cross-linked versions are available in 105/125/150°C temperature ratings, widely used in electronic wires, automotive cables and photovoltaic cables.
Optical fiber cable sheathing materials: Widely used for various cable structures, with customized solutions recommended for different end markets.
III. Flame Retardant Engineering Plastics:
Halogen-free flame retardant glass fiber PC: Mainly used for extruded sheets (TV back covers, tablet back covers, etc.), meeting thin-wall flame retardant requirements with UL94-V0 rating (0.75mm). Features high rigidity, low warpage, low linear expansion rate, and no fiber floatation.
Flame retardant PC/ABS: Widely used in smart home applications (smart speakers, tablet housings, portable projectors, etc.) with UL94-V0 rating. Features light blocking, high impact resistance, and yellowing resistance.
Halogen-free flame retardant PA66/6: Primarily used in distribution panels, connectors, etc. Achieves UL94-V0 rating (0.75mm). Features high strength, excellent heat resistance, and good electrical properties.
IV. Automotive Composite Materials:
Structural rigid foam material: Using conventional polyester as raw material, combined with Polyrocks Chemical's modification technology, incorporates nano-level additives to improve foaming process, reduce cell size, and achieve uniform, compact distribution. The microstructure enhances shear strength and strain performance, resulting in better fatigue resistance. Suitable for composite lightweight recyclable sandwich materials.
Composite lightweight new material: Using structural rigid foam as core material for sandwich structures, with surfaces that can be laminated with glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. Features stable performance, excellent fatigue resistance, waterproof and mold-proof properties, while significantly improving mechanical performance at same weight. Meets requirements for low density and high strength in applications including wind turbine blades, rail transit vehicles, ships, aircraft, building energy efficiency, and automotive sunroof pull plates/storage boards/spare tire covers.
V. Fully Biodegradable Materials:
Blow molding biodegradable plastic series: Modified blow molding materials developed from PBAT/PLA composites. Industrially compostable with no non-degradable organic components. Processable on various types of blow molding machines, printers, bag-making machines, and sealing machines. Resulting films are soft with excellent coloring and mechanical properties.
Injection molding biodegradable plastic series: Modified injection materials developed from PLA/PBAT/PBS composites. Features moderate density and high gloss. Meets industrial composting standards, environmentally safe, complies with food hygiene standards, and exhibits excellent fluidity, heat resistance, and toughness.
Extrusion molding biodegradable plastic series: Modified extrusion materials developed from PLA/PBS composites. Excellent processing performance, meets industrial composting standards, environmentally safe, complies with food hygiene requirements, and demonstrates good heat resistance and toughness.
VI. Water-soluble PVA Materials:
PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) is a functional polymer material that combines water solubility with environmental friendliness, non-toxicity, excellent barrier properties, high strength, and superior transparency. Widely used in laundry bags, pet waste bags, shopping bags, cement packaging bags, pesticide packaging bags, garment packaging bags, garment dust-proof bags, seed bags, laundry detergent capsule packaging, and artificial marble release films.
